Applied Engineering (S) Sdn. Bhd. establish in November 1980 is one of the leading and well respected Contractor/Providers of high quality engineering design and Mechanical & Electrical building services in Sabah and FT Labuan with a track record dating back 39 years specialising in carrying out the installation and maintenance of works for both public and private sectors and high-profile commercial secure built environments. Our aim is to consistently provide an efficient, on-time and personalized service with an emphasis on value for money. Long-term client relationships, partnership and repeat business form the back bone of our strategy for continued successful growth.

Applied Engineering have expanded from a general M & E contractor to complete M & E building Services to meet the increasing demands reflected by the building industry and our clients to provide an all in one service and have been actively involved in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering works namely air-conditioning and refrigeration system, fire protection, electrical services including generator and ELV services, plumbing services, lift installation, Medical Gas system, and other associated building services for commercial complexes, office, hotels, hospitals, power plant and water works project.

Applied Engineering is a Sabah company based in Kota Kinabalu and is headed by An Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Ir. Wong Tze Chiang and Mr. Chong Mau Kiong. Currently we have in our permanent employment a team of qualified engineers and supporting technical personnel. These people backed-up by the company's resources and facilities are competent to co-ordinate all aspects of contract from system design and engineering to supply, installation, testing and commissioning, and technical training.

In addition, Applied Engineering employ a team of competent technicians and mechanics to provide service and maintenance for their valued clients from government and private sectors including hotels which requires 24 hours call back service. We also carry abundant stock of spare parts to meet the requirement of our customers.
